Returns

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Due to hygiene reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear images/videos of the product & packaging
